I found an anarchy server running on 1.21.11 and it is hosted in The Netherlands
It is meant to feel vanilla so there is no TPA at all and you have to travel the normal way
Duping is allowed and there is a plugin that enables the donkey dupe so getting gear and blocks is way easier
There are basically no rules so griefing and stealing can happen and it is been open since november 2021 so the world has a lot of history

Toms3 is a cracked anarchy server that feels inspired by the big chaotic servers. It was around years ago and it shut down. Now it is back with a brand new world.
It is basically do whatever you want. No admins. No rules. No bans. No shadowbans. If you join you should expect griefing and fighting and lots of chaos. It is not beginner friendly.
The server aims for near vanilla with only small changes. There is a separate authentication server. There is no tpa and no home commands so you have to travel the hard way.
Cheat clients are allowed but it still has a strict anti cheat like 2b2t. Some movement exploits like Flight ElytraFly and Timer are disabled. The world started February 3rd this year and people already progressed a lot.
They also said the server is built to last. If it ever shuts down they plan to release a full world download. It started for South American players but now it is almost all in English.GG.MINEWIND.NET New Server IP
