MellowMeadow SMP is a relaxing survival server where people build and survive together and the vibe is meant to stay friendly. It is run by a small queer team and they are looking for more players.

It uses VanillaTweaks so stuff like enderman creeper and ghast grief is turned off and multiplayer sleep is included too. There is also BlueMap so players can view the world map.

There is a creative plots world for building without restrictions and there is a whitelist to help stop trolls and griefers. The server also has a PVP arena and they say there are absolutely no resets.

Geyser is enabled so Bedrock players can join as well.

sVanilla Survival is a survival SMP focused on sword based PvP and raiding. It is made for players who want a no cheating kind of server where fights feel old school and up close.

The world is big and it never resets. There are no land claims so bases can be found and raided. You can grief fight team up or betray people and the server only steps in to keep it fair play.

Crystals and anchors are disabled so melee combat matters more. There is a combat tag system with PvP restrictions like no elytra in combat and there is an 8 second totem cooldown. Breach swapping is patched too.

It stays mostly vanilla but has a few helpful commands like teleport ignore and sethome. There is no economy plugin so trading with other players is the main way people do business. TNT duplication with piston and slime setups is enabled so farms and big machines are possible.

You can join on Java and Bedrock using Geyser and the server is based in USA East.

Apathesia is a friendly SMP on 1.21.11 that has been running for about 3 months. It is not cracked and it has a chill group of regular players but they want a few more people to join.

It is modded but the mods are server sided so you do not need to download anything just to play. The server focuses on way better world generation and useful quality of life stuff and also proximity voice chat. Voice chat is optional but Java players need a download if they want to use it.

The vibe is relaxed with no mtx and no gambling and no crate stuff. It also tries to avoid over moderation and keep things simple.

There is also a new Stardew Valley sister server now.

BlocksAlot is a survival server that has been running since 2015 and the world never resets. Everything you build can stay there for a long time so it really feels like you are leaving your mark.

The server is semi vanilla and it is all about long term progression. There are no land claim plugins and no protection plugins. This means you actually have to think about where you build and who you trust. The owner plays on the server and there is basically no staff intervention so players shape the world.

There is a player driven economy with mob bounties so fighting mobs and exploring actually matters. The server also has Slimefun for extra technology progression and there are magic systems that are tied to how you interact with the world.

If you like building and planning there is a separate creative plot server. It has tools like WorldEdit Voxelsniper and GoBrush so you can test and plan your builds before bringing them into survival or just show them off.

BlocksAlot runs on Java 1.19 plus and it supports Bedrock through Geyser. It is made for players who want permanence and real consequences instead of fast wipes and easy progress.

This server is called sVanilla Survival and it is all about old school survival and sword pvp. It has been around since 2019 and the whole idea is no cheating and real pvp raiding where only the strong survive.

The combat here is focused on melee so crystals and anchors are disabled. They patched things like breach swapping and there is a combat tag system. You cannot use elytra in combat and totems have an eight second cooldown so fights feel more fair and skill based.

The world is big with a large overworld plus nether and end so you can go far away to build or stay close to spawn for more action. The map does not reset so anything you build can stay there for a long time.

There are some quality of life commands like teleport ignore and sethome but the server still feels very close to vanilla. The economy has no plugins and is based on trading with other players. TNT dupers with pistons and slime are allowed so you can make farms or massive destruction machines.

You are allowed to raid grief pvp team up or even betray people as long as you follow the fair play rules. It feels like an older style SMP where players control the world and the server just lets it all happen.

Marthia Nations is a semi vanilla server that feels like a big long story. It used to be a normal SMP and slowly turned into a nations server. The current world has been running for over three years so there is a lot of history everywhere you go.

On this server people build empires and fight battles. You can use working ships and planes with plugins like Movecraft. Some people focus on wars and strategy. Other players just build a small quiet base and relax. It really depends on what you like.

There are plugins like Brewery where you can make drinks and Dynmap so you can see the world map in real time. Geyser lets more players join in different ways. The server is semi vanilla so it still feels like normal Minecraft but with extra tools.

The community seems pretty friendly and the staff team is helpful. It is more than just a random server. It is a place where people know each other and build stuff together over a long time.
