I found a semi anarchy survival server that is about staying around for the long run. Most servers wipe and this one does not so your builds and progress can actually matter.
PvP is on and raiding is allowed and griefing is allowed. It also keeps it simple with no pay to win stuff no kits and no land claims so you have to survive off what you get.
It has /tpa and a homes system that is based on voting. The server runs on a dedicated machine in Germany and it aims for smooth 20 TPS.
It supports crossplay so Java and Bedrock can play together with consistent mechanics. There is active moderation for spam hate speech and server breaking exploits. The map is about 4 months old and the community is smaller and more focused on long term builds.
