AvalonEarth is a Minecraft server that runs on a 1 to 500 scale earth map so there is a lot of space to claim land and make your own nation. It is a geopolitics style earth smp server that uses the Towny plugin so players can build towns and nations and manage their land.
Everyone gets starter money on the server and you can use that to create a nation right away. You do not have to grind for hours first and there are no big player requirements just to start your own country. It feels like you can jump into the main gameplay pretty fast.
The server is in its second season. The first season started in September and built up a strong community. The new season already has many new players and the world feels active.
