This is a modded geopolitical server called Globe++ and it runs on Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge. The whole idea is to build nations start wars and do diplomacy with other players.
The current map is based on the areas around the North Sea and the server goes for a medieval theme with the mods they choose. You use a modpack on CurseForge but you can use other launchers too. The server is not pay to win and they really want everyone to have a good experience no matter what rank they are.
