This server is called 5tarrock and it is a geopolitical world with survival gameplay. You can make towns cities or even whole countries if enough players join your side. The world is not friendly so teaming up is super important.
You can still play solo if you want. You can try being a trader a farmer a shipper or even a pirate. The map is huge and landmasses are far apart so you cannot just stay in one place and get everything. You need to explore trade or conquer other lands to get the resources you want.
The combat here is very different from normal Minecraft. Armor is not just a straight upgrade. Chainmail is better against slashing and leather is stronger and keeps you warm. This makes different regions feel unique instead of everyone racing to netherite.
There is a detailed temperature system but it is not super annoying. Things like torches and campfires keep you warm and if you are deep in caves the temperature does not bother you as much.
The world has its own story too. A comet hit the planet about 125 years ago and crashed into the ocean. It raised the water level by around 40 blocks and changed the coastline. The ecosystem and the mantle are messed up and still trying to balance. Because of that the future world might have some really dangerous events.

This server is called EarthStonks and it is like a geopolitical economy simulator in Minecraft. You do not just build a house. You build a whole nation with money and debt and trade.
The world is an Earth style map where you fight over land and resources. There is Towny so people can make towns and nations. War is about profit and not just fighting for fun. When you conquer a town you get half of their important resources like oil iron and gold.
The money system is really serious. Nations can issue war bonds when they need cash. Other players can buy that debt to make money later. If a nation fails to pay back the debt the bank can liquidate their land and chunks get unclaimed so people can grab them.
Mining is also different. Normal ore generation is turned off to stop x ray cheats. Instead there are special real world resource zones. You go to those places and mine normal blocks and you get the rare resources that match that region.
Right now the server is in open beta and the economy is fresh and the map is mostly unclaimed. It is made for players who like strategy and money and long term planning. The server runs on Minecraft 1.21 and higher on Java.

EarthPol is a geopolitical Minecraft server on a 1 to 326 scale map of Earth. The terrain and borders feel really close to the real world and it uses vanilla style caves.
The server mixes survival and strategy with Towny nations. Players can build towns join nations pay taxes and deal with diplomacy and different kinds of governance. Wars are important too and there is a custom version of SiegeWar so fights are more about strategy.
There is a gold based economy where gold is the main currency and it connects to trading and pvp. The server also uses custom plugins like TradeWar HeadHunters and the EarthPol API plus performance tools like a Folia backend and backups so it can handle big wars and lots of players.

Realm of Thrones is a small brand new Geopol SMP where players build nations and choose how they want to play.
You can join wars and fight for power or just watch the battles as a peaceful observer. You can even focus on supplying other nations and armies while you sit safe on the sidelines.
The server runs on Java 1.21.8 and has ranks you earn with in game money and time played. There are tiered dungeons jobs and factories using the Minetorio plugin which is great if you like automation games. There is an auction house and a buy and sell shop that pushes players to make their own shops plus player chestshops and bounties.
If you want a calm experience you can create a peaceful nation that cannot be attacked. The community is meant to be non toxic and the owner looks for ideas and suggestions to improve the server.
It feels like a chill SMP that still has big server features with nations wars trade and a lot of ways to play.
