This server is all about building cities and telling stories together. It has a really big custom terrain map and players use it to make towns and countries that feel like a growing world.
You join a long running and tight knit group. The community is active and people like to chat about life and Minecraft. There are not a ton of rules and the vibe is pretty laid back.
The main focus is city building and creative style building. After a short application you can get access to world edit and other useful commands so you can really show off what you can build.
There is optional geopolitical roleplay. You can claim land and get it marked on the map so your nation or city becomes part of the world story. You can also mark towns and settlements. If you do not like roleplay you can just ignore it and build your city without doing any RP.
Staff and players are online a lot to help give feedback on builds and work on group projects. There are events sometimes and many people team up on bigger builds which makes the world feel alive.
