Ed's Classic SMP is a brand new relaxing survival server that feels like classic Minecraft but with some helpful extras. It is mainly PVE and it is built for players who want to settle in and not worry about the world wiping.
The main Overworld Nether and End are never resetting so you can build big projects and keep them. You can claim land with GriefPrevention and use sethome so your builds stay safe.
There are also monthly resource worlds you can reach with rtp. These reset each month and they are on Hard difficulty. They give boosted mining XP and boosted hostile mob XP which helps you grind and repair gear.
The economy is kept balanced with a shop for core vanilla items plus an auction house for rarer stuff. Trading is also supported with private player to player trades.
You can level skills with mcMMO and earn playtime ranks that unlock perks abilities and cosmetics. There is also MyPets so you can grab a companion from the pet shop and bring a buddy along.
