I found a chill long term SMP that is meant for people who want to play at their own pace and just build and survive.
They say the world has no resets so you can stick around and keep your progress. The community is supposed to be active and relaxed with no griefers and no drama.
There is a simple economy plus voice chat. PvP is optional since there is a toggle. It also has a Bedrock port for people who want to join that way.
