The economy is player based so gathering and trading matters. You can also work Jobs to earn cash and try to climb ranks or just get rich.
There are fishing competitions with custom fishing. There is an Artmap plugin so you can make map art. The world also has dynamic seasons and the time of day and weather sync to real life in the northern hemisphere.
There is also a Hoarder plugin where you sell bulk items for extra cash. The top 4 players get rewarded at the end of each Hoarder event. The server says it has a big roadmap and they want player feedback.
