LegacyMC is a vanilla anarchy survival server that stays raw and simple. There are no rules and no protection so the world is fully open and anything that happens is on the players.
It is built for long term play with no resets. There are no land claims and no teleportation. PvP is on and griefing and raiding are allowed so your base is only as safe as you make it.
The server runs on dedicated hardware in Australia so it is aimed at Australia and New Zealand players who want low lag. It is open to everyone with no whitelist and there is no pay to win and no monetisation. Donations are not required and they will not be asked for.
It started in June 2025 so it is still a newer world where you can leave a big mark. Admins do not interfere so what you build or destroy can actually matter.

I found a server called Aethron and it is a Java 1.21.11 Towny survival server. It is still pretty new and it has been up for about a month with around 15 players so far.
The world feels more wild because it runs datapacks like Terralith Incendium and Nullscape plus more. You can explore and build towns and help shape how the place feels while it is still growing.
People are active during the day but sometimes it gets quiet. It seems best for players who want to be part of the foundation and not just lost in a huge crowd.

Azerith SMP is a survival world with a simple story hook where three old nations existed and then everyone woke up at spawn with no memory. It feels like a fresh start and you get to decide what the world becomes.
Players pick a path between builders merchants or warriors. You can focus on peaceful town life and big builds or play the economy game and influence people or go for strength and combat.
The server uses towny and claims so you can build without worrying about griefing. There is a player driven economy with custom shops and markets. It also has a gravestone mod so your stuff is safer when you die.
The End is planned to open very soon so people can race for that early server advantage. You need to be whitelisted to join so it stays more controlled.

I found an Earth Minecraft server that is doing a full reset and switching to a 1:500 scale Earth world.
The owner spent hours downloading the world files and extracting them then re zipping them and importing everything into their server host.
After that they ran Chunky for a long time and it was still not finished. When they refreshed their Bluemap they saw big stripes that look like corrupted areas. If you teleport into those spots they turn into normal Minecraft biomes instead of the Earth terrain.
This server feels like a big world project where they are trying to fix the map and salvage what they can after a rough import.

It is a cracked survival server and it uses a register and login system. You make an account with a password and then you log in each time.

I found GamerHub Towny and it is a super new Towny SMP that started as a streaming server and now it is trying to grow bigger.
The vibe is chill and griefing and stealing are not allowed. The world never resets so your builds can stay forever. Most players are in the Oceania region and people seem pretty welcoming to new players.
It has a mostly player economy with player shops and player warps plus a player built market. There is also a sell only server shop. You can do jobs to make money and there is an ingame ranking system that uses ingame money.
It also runs Dynmap and MCMMO. They said there are around 25 daily active players and it gets busiest when the server is live on twitch with 8 or more online sometimes. Version is 1.21.10 or close to that.
