Mythvale is a new Java server that is launching soon and it is made for competitive town wars without the random raiding feel.
It uses Towny claiming and SiegeWar so fights have rules and actual strategy. You can battle for money and influence and dominance but land cannot be permanently stolen. There is also no offline land loss so builders do not get wrecked just because they logged off.
The map has custom built terrain and the world is meant to be permanent with plans to expand with new continents later. Combat stays vanilla and there is a simple beast kit. There is a player driven shop economy and progression is meant to stay balanced.
