I found this political survival server on Minecraft 1.21.1 and it is set on a full Europe map. The whole point is real player conflict over land and power.
There is no scripted roleplay and there are no admin made nations. Players make everything from scratch and it can all get destroyed too.
You can start a nation or a city and try to grow into an empire. Wars happen for territory and resources and the war system has real consequences.
People use diplomacy and alliances but also betrayal and propaganda. You can build capitals borders and big fortifications then fight to control trade routes and the economy.
It is vanilla plus with extra systems like alcohol and social mechanics. If you organize with other players you can actually rule.
