I found a Minecraft server called MinecraftOffline and it is an anarchy style place that has been running for about a year
The world is permanent and they say it will never reset so builds and damage stay forever
It runs on version 1.21.11 and uses custom plugins to make it different
The server is hosted in Finland and it is meant to feel good for players in Europe
They also list strong hardware with a Xeon CPU NVMe drives ECC ram and a 1 Gbit network
