I found this server called The Crafty Table and it feels like a cozy semi vanilla survival world with a bonus creative world.
The server uses a small set of plugins that are mostly for social stuff and convenience. There are plugins for land claiming shops protecting builds and some extra advancement challenges. There is also a live map so you can see the world from a browser.
The coolest thing is how much they listen to players. The community gets to suggest plugins rules and even world changes. People talk about ideas in their discord and then they do meetings on Sundays where players discuss and vote on proposals. So the server kind of grows based on what the community wants.
It feels like a small friendly place where your voice actually matters and you can just play survival chill build and hang out with other players.

This is a brand new prison server that is still being worked on and tested. I joined and it feels like the owners really want players to help shape how the server will be.
Right now they are trying to figure out important stuff like if they should do resets or not. They actually want feedback from players instead of just deciding everything alone.
