I found this Minecraft network that is pretty new and still in early launch. It is called NovaCraft Network and it focuses on fair progression and actually listening to players. It does not feel pay to win and it does not rely on weird gimmicks.

MineStrike is a Minecraft Java server that focuses on fast kit pvp and a cool survival multiplayer world.

The Perch is a Minecraft SMP that tries really hard to feel like a second home. It is made for people who want to play survival for a long time and not worry about random resets or drama.

AlkalineCraft is a new OP Factions beta that is built around nonstop competition and fast PvP. It has custom scripts outposts KOTH and Alk Rewards so there is always something to fight for.

The staff hangs out in their discord and you can message them directly for help. They actually want questions and feedback and they try to use it to improve the server.

The server has Bedrock support so more people can join the fights. The owners really want to bring back the creativity of Minecraft and you can tell it is made with love by Truancy404 and powered by AlkalineTech.
