Boneyard is a vanilla Minecraft SMP with a player made shopping district at spawn. It is set up to feel like normal survival but with a few small extras to make things smoother.
There are quality of life addons like fast leaf decay plus mob and player head drops. The wandering trader can also give mini blocks and there are more little tweaks meant to improve the vanilla experience.
It uses Geyser so Bedrock and Java players can play together on the same Java server. When this was posted the server was only 1 day old.

The Core World is a permanent survival server for adults 21 and up. It is made for players who want a more mature place to play with respect and friendly vibes.
It follows a Hermitcraft style setup with a shopping district where you spend diamonds and start businesses. There is also a big gaming district with lots of familiar games like Decked Out and ice boat racing and more.
The server runs with quality of life mods that help the world feel better to play on. Mob grief like creepers ghasts and endermen is stopped. There are things like multiplayer sleep coordinates on screen fast leaf decay mini blocks player heads and custom nether portals.

Solaris SMP is a relaxed Survival server that stays close to classic Minecraft but adds a few Vanilla plus upgrades. It is made for adults who want a stable long term place to build with other people and not feel rushed or forced to grind.
Season 2 started last weekend and the pace is slower on purpose. The End opens on Mar 14th so players can enjoy early game first.
It has proximity voice chat and Discord linking so people can talk while they play. There is also a live browser map with Bluemap and an AudioPlayer for ambient music and custom tracks during builds or events.
Building gets extra help with armor stand posing plus mini blocks and mob or player heads as collectibles. There is also a separate creative planning server with Axiom and WorldEdit so you can design builds before you do them in Survival.
