Draconicraft is a semi vanilla survival server where the world is meant to last a long time. There is a 20k world border and instead of resetting the map they expand it with new Minecraft updates. This lets people plan huge builds and big farms without worrying that everything will get wiped.
The server is for adults only and the players are from different countries like the United States Germany and Mongolia. Everyone is asked to use English in public chat and on the main Discord but in voice chat you can speak other languages as long as you stay respectful and switch when someone joins who does not understand.
The gameplay is mostly vanilla but they use some plugins and datapacks for quality of life and a bit of fun. There are things to stop ender dragon grief and enderman grief. This server is called A Zombie Pigman Broke My Door and it is a semi anarchy survival world that has been running for over 6 years. It feels like classic Minecraft with almost no rules and it has a really strong history from being up for so long.
There is only one rule on the server. You are not allowed to cheat or hack. No hacked clients and no cheating. Besides that you can basically do what you want. That means you can build or fight or trade or grief or go exploring or just hang out in chat.

SqueejCraft is a hard survival world that feels a lot like single player but with other people around. The server is semi vanilla so it keeps normal game mechanics and lets you build big farms and mega bases without weird changes.
The owners focus a lot on performance and still let you use redstone and vanilla mob farms. There is a big world border so there is room for long term projects and the server is meant for players who like to stay on one world for a long time.
You get land claiming to protect your builds and there is an economy that is separate from the normal vanilla trading. Chest shops and home points unlock as you play so you get some quality of life stuff without it feeling like a minigame server.

I found this server called Everbloom SMP Network and it has two different ways to play so it feels like you can pick what you like.
The Everbloom Survival side is more intense. The season starts on 13th December and it has full farming and redstone support. You can also use the nether roof. PvP is on and raiding is allowed so you always have to watch your base. There is a 75k world border and only diamond gear is used and there are no maces so it stays pretty balanced.
The Everbloom Casual SMP is for people who just want to chill and build or explore. There is no PvP no griefing and no raiding at all. It has custom terrains and structures but still keeps a vanilla feel. You can build farm and create with other friendly players.
The whole place feels relaxed and wholesome and the community is focused on creativity and cooperation. It is good if you want either a peaceful survival world or a more risky raiding style world in the same network.

This server is called VanillEä and it is all about pure vanilla survival with an anarchy style. There are no custom items and no extra progression systems. It really feels like normal Minecraft but the players are wild.
