I found a hardcore SMP where you only get one life and that is it. If you die you are done so every fight feels scary.
It is semi vanilla with a vanilla anarchy vibe and it has minimal rules so players can do what they want. People can make alliances hunt other players or try to survive alone.
The world is huge with a 300000 by 300000 map. It is also not pay to win so everyone starts equal. It runs on Minecraft 1.21.11 and the server start is set for 3 7 26. The full rules are in their discord.
