I found a fresh vanilla style SMP where everyone is starting out together right now. It is made to feel like a real community server with people who actually play and build instead of leaving fast.
Players say it stays active daily with around 5 to 10 online most of the time. The world border is 2000 by 2000 so people run into each other more and it expands over time.
The End is locked until April 11 so progression stays fair. The server is focused on long term play with no pointless resets.
