This server is called Bleeding Heart SMP and it is hardcore for real. You only get one life and if you die you go into limbo. The only way back is if another player uses your actual player head with a special shrine and rare items to revive you. So every death really matters and people get nervous when they fight or explore.
The server feels close to vanilla and it runs on Fabric with a light setup. Combat is more normal because there is no crystal pvp so fights are easier to see and understand. There is also only one mace in the whole world at once so whoever holds it becomes part of the server story.
You can go super far out and the real Farlands actually generate at over twelve million blocks and players can reach them. Redstone is allowed and vanilla so people can build crazy machines and even huge cannons if they want.
Most of the addons are made by the server team so they can fix bugs fast. The community is pretty small and committed and players log in because they want to see what others did or what new drama is going on. It is not a hand holding server. The world keeps going even when you are offline and the cool part is how stories and alliances and betrayals just happen naturally.

You play normal Minecraft but there is a lifesteal system. When you kill other players you gain hearts and when you die you lose hearts. If you lose all your hearts you actually get banned so every fight matters a lot. New players get a one hour grace period so they do not lose hearts right away.
There are a few small plugins that make life easier. You can set a home with a command and teleport back to it. You can also send teleport requests to other players to meet up. There is a vote shop where you spend vote tokens on things like custom name colors and a custom MOTD.
Combat is very serious here. There is a plugin that locks commands during pvp and it punishes people who try to combat log. If you log out while tagged you get replaced by an npc that can be killed and it drops all your stuff. There is also a plugin that stops crazy movement hacks and one that cuts down really bad chat spam.
The server tracks stats like playtime kills and deaths and you get rewards when you hit milestones. Players can also vote to skip the night by using a simple command. Zyrix SMP is a survival multiplayer server that is starting its first season. It is made for people who want balanced progress and a fun chill world that still has some competition.
The world has a 10k by 10k border so players are closer together. This means you run into other people more and it is easier to build towns bases and roads that actually connect.
Combat is meant to be fair. Only one mace is allowed so nobody can stack a bunch of crazy weapons and ruin fights. It feels like the server wants battles to be more about skill and less about busted gear.

This is a lifesteal semi vanilla server that is built around fair PvP and strict rules. You can steal hearts but there is a max of 20 and crafted hearts cannot go above 10 so fights feel way more balanced.
Combat has a bunch of limits so gear and skill actually matter. You cannot combat log and you are not allowed to kill new players at spawn or trap them there. No elytras in fights and no crystal bed or respawn anchor PvP. Only TNT minecarts are allowed and even they do less damage.
There is a long list of banned or restricted stuff. No netherite armor or tools no ender pearls no totems no punch bows and no riptide tridents. Some debuff potions are also banned like weakness poison harming and slow falling. Protection is capped at prot 3 and sharpness is capped at sharp 4 so no one can stack crazy broken gear.
The coolest part is the mace. Only one mace exists on the entire server and it cannot be put in chests or other containers so someone always has it on them. It also cannot have density or wind burst so it does not get totally busted.
Cheating is not allowed at all. No hacking no exploits no duping and no lag machines. Health indicators and Xaeros Minimap are not allowed but string duping is okay. Ballistic SMP is a Minecraft server that is all about intense pvp and mythic gear. The whole server feels like a big arena where the map is tight and every base location really matters.
The coolest thing here is the four mythic weapons and one mythic armor set. Each one is tied to an elemental guardian like air water fire and death. These items are rare and you do not just buy them. You have to earn them through quests events and combat so they actually feel special.
Pvp is the main focus so fights are based on skill timing and strategy instead of crazy broken gear. You can duel alone or fight in teams and the world border is 3000 by 3000 so players run into each other a lot.
The server has strong rules against griefing and stealing. Your base and stuff are protected so people can battle hard without the world turning into total chaos.
There is also a lot of lore. The story is about the four guardians and you learn more through quests hidden relics and special events. Some events drop loot from the sky and cause sudden fights. Other events are about the story or about getting fragments of the mythic weapons and armor.
