I found Anarchy.ae and it is a long term semi anarchy survival server that is made to last. There are no resets and no wipes so the world just keeps growing over time.
It has full PvP plus raiding and griefing. It also has crossplay for Java and Bedrock and it tries to keep it fair by enforcing vanilla movement so both sides feel consistent.
There is no pay to win and there are no kits. There are also no land claims so you have to defend your stuff the old way.
It has some simple quality of life like /tpa and homes that are vote based. The server is hosted on a dedicated machine in Germany and it stays stable around 20 TPS most of the time.
Moderation is active for spam and hate speech and server breaking exploits. The playerbase is small but consistent and the whole vibe is longevity over hype.
