Rens Tavern SMP is a survival world that has been up for about a month and it stays active without feeling packed. I saw it usually has around 5 to 10 players on daily so stuff is happening and you can still find space to build.
It runs on 1.21.11 and it supports both Java and Bedrock using Geyser so friends on different platforms can play together. The gameplay is vanilla survival but with a few plugins like Simple Voice Chat and some Vanilla Tweaks.
People build bases and grind and sometimes cause a little chaos. There is a player run economy that is still growing and they have a lore scavenger hunt event planned. The community is 13 plus and they might go semi vanilla later with light economy additions as the server gets bigger.
