WhimsyWillow is a small community focused Minecraft server that is on Season 3 and this time it is modded. The mods were picked by the community and they want more players who like to talk and build together.
The world is made for exploring with over 100 biomes using Biomes O Plenty and Terratonic plus lots of structures to find. If you like building machines you can use the Create mod and make all kinds of reasonable contraptions.
There is a BlueMap world map so you can see the world and plan trips. Progression is boosted with more ores including new tools and weapons.
