I found a small Minecraft server called the Island Kingdom of Aloria and it is set on two big volcanic islands with a worn tropical beach village vibe.
People build villages together and it feels like everyone is doing their own thing but still connected. There are already a few villages plus some small businesses.
It stays simple with no heavy plugins and no world guard. The main extra thing is an economy plugin so trading and running shops feels more interesting.
It has a bit of roleplay feeling but nothing strict. One player is working on island infrastructure and a railway called the Iron Spine Project to link areas up.
They want a few more nice creative players. Since there are no land claim plugins they do applications to keep it safe and friendly. The server is European.
