This server is called Vanillacraft and it is made for people who want a simple Minecraft survival world without a bunch of crazy plugins. It feels like normal Minecraft but with other people. There are no big GUI shops or pay to win ranks and there is not even a server store.
The world is semi vanilla because they do use Coreprotect and staff to stop griefing. There is no land protection so you can build wherever you like but the staff watch the server and help keep builds safe. The players are really friendly and they like new people.
The economy is fully run by players. People make their own shops and there is a market district where you can buy a lot of different items. There is also a community spawn with farms and other useful stuff if you want a little headstart.
There are no teleport commands here so if you want to travel you use the nether roof or an elytra like in normal survival. The server just started a new season after about six months on the old world so new players can join in with a fresh start.
The community is pretty tight and you will usually see the same people online. It feels more like a small survival world where you can actually get to know other players instead of a giant hub server.

Everbloom SMP is a semi survival world where everyone fights for their own stuff and nothing is really safe. It has a big overworld and nether with world borders so you still run into other players a lot.
This is Season 3 and everyone starts from zero. No old bases and no stacked players so you are not instantly behind just because you are new. It actually feels fair when you join now.
The server allows pvp raiding and griefing so you need to hide your base and be smart. There is no netherite armor or tools and no crystal pvp and no heavy cores or maces so fights are more old school and not super busted.
There are weekly events like pvp tournaments KOTH loot hunts and seasonal challenges. It feels like there is always some big thing to do besides just mining and building.
The End is closed when the season starts and it only opens later during a special event so everyone rushes it at the same time and that makes it really exciting.

Megasnack SMP is a new survival server where everyone really does start at the same time and the same place. It is a fresh world so no one is stacked and no one is left behind.
The server is simple vanilla survival on Java edition. There are no mods and no pay to win stuff. It is just a place to mine build and play with other people who want a fair start.
The owner is using a dedicated machine not some random host so it should stay online. The server uses a whitelist and the ip gets sent to people who join before launch and might get accepted.
