CheeseSMP is a brand new survival server with a bunch of extra stuff to do. It has custom enchants and armor sets so you can build your gear past the normal game.
It also has an MMO style dungeon and over 400 quests. If you like fighting players there are PvP and KOTH events too.
The world has custom biomes. You can trade and sell items with an auction house and ChestShop.
It is still pretty new so it has around 8 to 9 players daily and on weekends it can go above 10. It supports 1.8 to 1.21.x and it has Java and Bedrock support.
