I found a OneBlock server called LegionCraft and it is all about building up your island from one block and pushing your progress.
The big thing here is the bosses. They are meant to be challenging and they can drop keys that you use for rare loot.
There are crates with epic gear and rewards so you can keep getting stronger. You can also use chunk hoppers to help automate your island.
It feels like a grind and fight and loot kind of place. It also says it is not pay to win.
