This is a server called HellMC and it is trying to be vanilla. You can join on both Java and Bedrock so that is really nice.
The server works on any version so you do not have to change your game every time. It just lets you join and play.
It is a simple server where you just get on and survive and build. There is no crazy stuff written about it so it seems chill and easy to understand.
