I found Silver Cove MC and it feels like it was made by someone who got tired of servers dying fast. The owner talks about wanting a real spark again and not the usual two week phase.
It is an SMP on Minecraft 1.21.5 and it also supports Bedrock players too. There is a store listed but the big promise here is that it will not turn pay to win like a lot of servers do.
If you want a survival server that is trying to stay fresh and keep players around longer this one is aiming for that.
