I found a new survival server called NightClub SMP and it is semi anarchy so the players kind of run the whole place.
It is not super strict and it feels like a sandbox where alliances betrayals traps raids weird politics and random wars can happen if the right people show up.
Stealing and raiding are allowed but only if the other player is online and knows it is happening. Cheating is not allowed and neither are lag machines or server breaking stuff.
You have to join the Discord to play and the server IP gets posted there when it opens. There is also a daily playtime system and you can earn bonus time.

GangWYA MC is a Java 1.21.11 vanilla SMP that stays online 24/7 and keeps a pure survival feel. It is whitelisted so you need Discord to apply before you can play.
When you join you spawn in a central hub then you pick where to go. There is a brand new Season 2 world for a fresh start. There is also a Season 1 world that has over 2300 in game days and a lot already built out. There is a creative superflat too for planning and testing builds.
