I found a more vanilla server that uses an Earth map and it feels like it is all about people making groups and nations.
There are no towny style plugins and there is no economy stuff running the game. Claims are handled through Discord and there is also a separate world map that shows claims but it is not dynmap.
If you like joining up with other players and helping build a nation then this one is looking for more people.
