I found Specterium and it is an anarchy server that is trying to feel like a real timeline of Minecraft. It starts on Minecraft 1.0.0 and the server updates every week to the next major version until it reaches the modern era.
The cool part is you can mess with all the old mechanics and try to get legacy stuff that you cannot get later. They also say exploits and dupes will not be patched until the server reaches the newer versions so each era keeps its weird quirks.
Specterium has been around since 2019 and it is opening again on a brand new map because the old world files were not shared. It is basically a fresh start where players make the history again.
There are almost no rules. You can steal grief and use technical tricks. The only thing you cannot do is intentionally lag or crash the server so it stays playable.
