Diplomacy System

I found a continuous civilization style RP server called Nations. You pick one of five kingdoms and join their society. Each nation has ranks like royalty nobles soldiers builders and citizens. The leaders are real players and they can run things like a monarchy or a council or whatever they want.

It has real consequences but it is not wipe heavy. There are no permanent bans for gameplay mistakes. Death penalties are measured in hours. Wars hit your nations economy and even the value of your currency. If your side loses your wealth can drop and if it wins your currency rises.

It also has custom systems so it is not just a vanilla SMP. Brewing is done with cauldrons and it makes magical and alcoholic potions with a timed process and rarity levels. Enchanting is timed too and stronger enchants take longer plus there are medieval fantasy style enchants.

There is a Nexus system for taxes treasury management diplomacy tracking and leader controlled economic settings. Each race has its own currency that you earn hourly and from achievements. You can trade it and exchange it and the value shifts based on how your nation is doing.

The world never resets so cities and wars and your story stay. There is lore about a united kingdom that got broken by a portal to the Void and now the future is fully player driven. It feels built for serious RP political players long term grinders and builders who want their work to matter.
