This is a small survival server that feels really chill. There are usually around twenty six people on every day and it is mostly about building and relaxing instead of sweaty pvp.
The main plugins are Towny Jobs and mcMMO so you always feel like you are progressing. The economy is run by the players and there is grief protection so your builds are safe. Keep inventory is turned on because the community voted for it so dying is not a huge deal.
They just added PyroFishing and everyone seems super into it. There are also two new nature style ranks in the free progression path and over one hundred plushies you can collect if you like collecting cute stuff.
The server runs on dedicated hardware now so ping is solid for people in NA and EU. It is not really a pvp server but there is a duel arena if you want to fight someone in a fair way.
The community feels laid back and friendly. Nobody is trying to act like this is some giant network. People actually talk in chat and you do not feel pressure to spend money. They might add cosmetic ranks later but nothing that gives any gameplay advantages.
If you are tired of huge servers where you are just another random player this place feels way more personal and calm.
