Survive and Thrive SMP is a survival server for players ages 17 and up. It supports Java and Bedrock on 1.21.10 and you have to apply to get in.
It is made for people who want a small server that feels casual and laid back. The gameplay is mostly vanilla survival with some quality of life stuff. Players are encouraged to build whatever they want wherever they want and just take their time.
Java players can use Simple Voice Chat for proximity talk which makes it feel more social than only text chat. Bedrock players can still talk too using voice channels so they can speak with Java players.
There are features like instanced chest loot so everyone gets their own loot, instant tree chopping, DeadChest that saves your items after death and does not expire, a Bluemap you can use in a browser, a PvP toggle, armored elytra combining, and mini blocks.
