I found a survival server that is all about chaos with pvp and griefing allowed. The world is meant to last and it will never be reset so anything you build or destroy stays part of the history.
They do not allow cheats like hacking or item duping. They also say there are no chat reports and you can say what you want unless it is illegal content.
One cool thing is a custom coded plugin that lets you make portals that teleport you back to your base. It feels like a gameplay version of a home command so travel still matters. The admins are not supposed to be clingy or follow you around either.
