This is a Hermitcraft inspired SMP that just started season 3 and it feels really fresh and fun.
The server uses Simple Voice Chat so people can talk in game without having to leave Minecraft. There is Audio Player so you can use custom music discs and goat horns. They also use Carpet to add stuff like renewable deepslate and player bots so you can AFK farms.
There are cool cosmetic things like Tool Trims and custom model support plus a server side skin system so you can change your skin with a command. Image2Map lets players turn pictures into maps which is really good for art and signs.
The server has a bunch of datapacks. There are more mob heads and player head drops. Elytra trims and armor statues let people decorate more. Silence Mobs lets you quiet mobs with a nametag. There are smaller blocks in the stonecutter and wood can be used in the stonecutter too.
Recipe tweaks let you change things like dropper to dispenser universal dyeing sandstone dyeing and downcraftable nether wart and ice. Blaze and Caves advancement pack adds over 1000 new advancements so there is always something to work on.
From what I can see this server is for players who like long term survival and building up a world together with a lot of small quality of life changes instead of crazy mods.

RedLine Smp is a new survival world that is all about pvp and building. It just opened recently so players are still getting geared up and the end is not open yet. The border is 12k so there is a lot of space to explore and to hide your base.

This server is all about custom spawner crafting in survival. Spawners are treated like the main resource here and the whole gameplay kind of revolves around them.
When you kill mobs they can drop special pearls and fragments. You can use those items to craft your own mob spawners. Right now they have creepers zombies skeletons and every passive mob up to sheep working with this system.

This is a Bedrock hard mode survival building server that has been running for over 5 years. The world is forever and has a crazy amount of days played so it feels like a real long term home.
Players mostly explore gather build and talk. It is whitelisted and 18 plus so the vibe is more chill and older. There are about 30 plus people in the discord but usually around 8 to 10 active players in game. Some of them have been here for years so there is history everywhere.
The server has online maps for overworld nether end and even underground slices. You can see coordinates and map markers and the admins will customize markers for your base with names colors and icons.
There are mods but achievements still work. There are NPC teleporters that admins can place even at your base. You can get mob heads and mini blocks. This is a Minecraft server called CinderCivs and it is a vanilla plus geopolitical roleplay world. The server has been running for over two years without a world reset so everything players build and change can last for a really long time.
