I found REDACTED SMP and it is a modded SMP that takes inspiration from QSMP. It has its own lore and a bunch of different characters so it feels like a story world.
The server is mostly roleplay with PVE and PVP too. The nether is open right away and the end stays closed for now.
It runs on Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1 and uses a custom Neoforge modpack with over 200 mods. It also uses Custom Player Models.
The community is meant to be inclusive and it has been growing for about 2 years. It is 16 plus and you apply to join and you need your DMs open for the bot.

Spells Gears n Bells is a modded roleplay server with a magitech steampunk vibe and lots of fantasy adventure. It uses mods like Create and Iron Spells plus Incendium Stellarity and Dungeons and Taverns.
You make your own character and step into the land of Mystodia. You explore a strange new plane learn about the rifts meet other survivors and help shape what happens next. The server really wants people to write stories together and build a shared world.
The map is brand new and the world border has not been expanded yet so it feels like a fresh start. The community is queer friendly with a strict anti bigotry stance and it is based on collaboration.
