MinecraftOffline is a survival server with a lifesteal twist and it is based in the EU. It feels pretty competitive because you can actually gain hearts by killing other players and you lose hearts when you die.
If you lose all your hearts you get banned so fights actually matter a lot. New players have a one hour grace period so they do not lose hearts right away which makes it less scary at the start.
The server has simple home and teleport commands so you can set a home and use tpa to meet up with people. There is a plugin that locks commands during pvp and if you combat log an npc shows up and can be killed for your stuff.
There are protections against crazy speed cheats and heavy chat spam so it stays somewhat fair and not full of bots. The staff use custom plugins for stats so your playtime kills and deaths are tracked and you get rewards when you hit certain milestones.
You can earn vote tokens and spend them in an in game store to buy custom name colors and custom motds. Players can also type goodnight to vote skip the night so you do not always have to wait in the dark.
Overall it feels like a lifesteal survival server for players who like real risk and pvp and still want basic commands and some fun stats and cosmetics.
