To enter you fill up your chests with all your catches then take a screenshot and post it in the event submissions channel with your in game name. Once you submit you cannot change your chest or your submission. If you move stuff around or add more later it will not count.
The prizes are pretty crazy. First place gets a special Master Baiter title a huge amount of money and rare pearls and spawner fragments.
