World of Sidürgate is a civilizations server with organic roleplay and storytelling. People make a character and then choose what kind of nation they want to build based on their own ideals.
The world is meant for journeying and exploring. You can build a grand kingdom or play as a sorcerer or a knight while you travel around.
It runs on Java 1.21.4 and it has a vanilla plus style. There is unique world generation plus dungeons plus custom recipes and more. A lot of the features and plugins are made in house and more updates are planned.
The world border is currently 9k by 9k and it is planned to grow after events. The server has dozens of active members and it keeps growing.

I found a server that just dropped the Ruinmoss Dungeon and it is made to feel like real endgame content.
You go in with a team in private 4 player instances and you fight multiple custom bosses. The last fight has progressive summons and it can overwhelm your group if you are not coordinated.
They are actively balancing the dungeon right now and keep inventory is enabled inside while they tune the difficulty. Maces also have a special interaction in one encounter that can help you clear faster.

Viking Factions OG is a classic factions server that is trying to feel like the old days but it runs on Minecraft 1.21.4+. The big deal here is the combat. It uses 1.8 style pot PvP so fights are more skill based.
It is not pay to win and the ranks are cheap and not overpowered. Raiding is a huge part of it with complex style cannoning. There is even an in game cannon schematics creator so you can design and build cannons without any client side mods.
There is a dedicated bunkers world for base raiding. You can also do custom dungeons for unique loot. If you like proving yourself there are ranked duels with ELO.
