GamerHub Towny is a small Towny and SMP server that feels super chill and friendly. The big rules are no griefing and no stealing so you can actually relax and build without stress. They also say there are no resets ever so your town can stay for the long run.
It has a casual competitive vibe with people online across AU EU and US timezones. At busy times it can hit over 20 players so it does not feel empty.
You can claim land and grow a town with Towny. There are jobs plus MCMMO and an in game ranking system. You can use dynmap to look around and plan builds. There are player warps and player shops and a server shop that is sell only.
It runs on 1.21.x and it also supports Bedrock players.
