This is a Bedrock realm called Mob Heist and it is totally brainrot in a good way.

Arcadia City is a modded SMP that uses the ATM10 pack and it is made for players who want a relaxed world to play in. The server is for 18 plus only so everyone is an adult and the vibe is chill and laid back.

The server is whitelisted so the owner can keep it friendly and community based. Right now the server is run by someone and two of their friends and they are online almost every day. They want more people so the world feels like a real city with different builds and styles.

Players here like all kinds of playstyles. Some people go for tech and big factories. Some like magic and cool powers. Others explore or farm or just cause a bit of chaos. ATM10 has a ton of mods so you can build giant cities huge machines or magical bases and you can push tech progression pretty far.

The focus is on making a tight group of players who keep coming back. Everyone is encouraged to build in or around the city so it feels connected and active.

The owner is open to mod suggestions too. If you know a mod that is fun and not totally broken you can ask to add it and help shape how the server grows.
