FabricCraft is a survival SMP that tries to stay actually vanilla. It runs on Fabric so farms and redstone are supposed to work the way you expect.
It is semi anarchy and the world is meant to feel player driven. There are no land claims and no world resets so people end up making alliances trading starting rivalries and doing raids.
They do not allow hacked clients or mods that give players an advantage. There is a simple voice chat mod available for everyone.
Griefing is banned within 1k of spawn and it is enforced by active moderation instead of claim blocks.
There is also a creative world with no plots and no limits on how much space you can use. A lot of players use it to test builds before taking them into survival.
If you like speedrunning there is a manhunt gamemode you can play too.
