They run community events and there are jobs you can do plus PyroFishing and a special resource world you can mine out without wrecking the main map. There is also a PvP toggle so you only fight when you want to and there are mobcatchers crates and ranks to work toward.
Griefing is not allowed so it is a good spot if you just want to build relax and play survival with others.
