I found a chill vanilla server that is trying to keep things calm and fair.
The rules are simple. No griefing and no hacking. PvP is not allowed unless both players agree to duel.
It supports Java and Bedrock. It is for 1.21 through 1.21.11. They are also looking for staff right now.
I found a small semi vanilla SMP that is being tested right now
The server is not fully started yet and the plan is to begin in about a week
