I found this server called Cozy MC and it really feels like a calm survival world.
It is vanilla survival and the world feels like singleplayer but with other people running around. There is no big fancy spawn or lobby. You just play Minecraft like normal survival but with a nice group of players.
The community is all about inclusivity and kindness. Stealing and griefing are not allowed and doing that gets you banned. The staff have tools to fix grief and also tools so players can check what happened to their containers to help find and report theft.
PvP is only allowed when both players agree so you do not get randomly killed. But you can still find people doing friendly duels if you enjoy that.

This is a small vanilla style SMP called TMKASE. The owner wants it to be chill and stress free. The idea is that you just relax and play Minecraft without drama.

This server is a brand new world with a small group of adult players. Around ten people are usually active at the busiest times and they are still getting settled in. The whole vibe feels really chill and relaxed so it is not sweaty or try hard.
The world is still early. The Nether and the End have not been entered yet. So if you like starting fresh with other people this is pretty cool. They plan to build a nether hub and a shopping district later and also do community events once things are more established.
There are regenerating loot chests that work per player. That means everyone gets a chance to loot stuff instead of racing for it. It sounds fair for new players who join later.
