I found a small semi vanilla SMP that is in testing right now

They plan to start for real in about a week so it feels like a good time to join early and be there when it begins

It is meant to stay close to normal survival with only small changes and it sounds like a simple chill setup

I found a small SMP server called Mace through a friend and it feels really chill.

It does not have a lot of players right now but the staff take care of it really well. It feels like a nice place to just play and hang out so I would recommend giving it a try.
