I found a small Minecraft server rental setup that was made by someone who got tired of typical hosting problems.
They focus on what actually helps performance like strong single thread CPU power and fast NVMe storage so chunk loading feels quicker.
It is meant to be simple to set up for PaperMC and Purpur and it is aiming for stable TPS even when plugins are running. It is still small but a few servers are already on it.
